This machine is applicable for industries of pharmacy, food and chemistry as one of the main equipment for solid preparation. It is used to granulate multiple granules, large granules, dense granules and instant porous granules, and to dry materials of powder, granules or paste. It is one of the preferred equipment of granulating and drying for presence.

This machine contains a main engine and an auxiliary engine, with six systems, including cooling hotair system, air purification system, slurry processing system, charging and discharging system, automatic control system and air pipe line. During the operation, the materials are added into the hopper, and heated to reach the boiling state by purified hot air (negative pressure) from the bottom of the granulating chamber. Besides, the slurry processed by the spray system is sprayed to the fluid materials, making them aggregate into granules. The granules are then dried by the hot airflow, forming into ideally uniform, porous and dry ones. The whole process is conducted in an airtight condition.

This machine is newly designed under the comprehensive research of Jian Pai. It combines foreign advanced techniques with domestic ones, providing convenient operation, stable performance and rational structure. It has PLC automatic control, with 8 featured functions: The boiling materials can be rotated in 360degree, without dead angles. It allows automatic airtight charging and discharging. It adopts heat preservation and insulation structure. It prevents materials from sticking to the barrel. It is advanced in filtrating and gathering, reducing powder leak (Grouping bag type and sintered stainless steel type). Divided structure is adopted in the main engine, making it easier to assemble and disassemble. The main engine can be linked directly with the former or latter equipment conveniently. The out frame adopts ladder type structure, providing convenience in processing and maintaining. This model is the most featured granulating drier at present. It completely conforms to the GMP requirements of pharmacy industry.
