For sterile hybrid of injection particle and powder materials with the best uniform hybrid of particle and powder materials of various flexibility and specific gravity.
Shape of the mixing barrel produces one-side multidirectional displacement and cross motioof different volume fro the purpose of optimal mixing effect. The mixing barrel receives regular sterilization process with saturated steam under specific pressure and temperature so that it is sterile when making contacts with powder-injection.
?Small size, large load, convenient loading and discharge, stepless frequency centrol as well as infrared security, etc.
? Optimized control system can achieve automatic control over cleaning, sterilizing and drying. PLCandman-machineinterface areadopted. Electromagnetic valve controls cleaning, sterilizing and drying. Temperature and pressure parameters can be individually set. The entire operation process is more convenient with more stable parameter conrtol and storable system parameters.
?The mixer adopts partition installation, op rating area is sepa rated from non-operating area by a clapboard with sealed drive shaft. Under positive pressure which is higher than that of the non-operation area, the operation chamber allows no pollution, meeting the requirements.
